It is suggested to the applicant that he should be satisfied before settling any proposal. We do not vouch or subscribe to the claim and representation made by the applicant regarding particulars of age, income, nature, health, educational qualification, family and financial status of Applicant. Under no circumstances we will accompany the party to the Court/Panchayat or any legal requirements.
3.	The applicant shall be personally responsible to verify the information and check the documents regarding widow, divorcee or handicapped, provided by the other party.
4.	After Registration of candidate, the applicant is offered to get circulated the particulars of his/her candidate to any number of members of Manpasand Shadi.com and as the rates decided by the company.
5.	The expenses incurred regarding matrimonial inquiry like STD/Mobile Phone or Journey etc. are to be born by the concerned party.
6.	It is useful for the applicant to provide one photograph of the candidate. We shall be having full right to show the photograph along with particulars of the candidate. We should not be held responsible if somehow photograph is misplaced.
7.	Rights of Displaying Photos on the Main page are resaved with the Site Owner.
8.	It is applicant's personal responsibility to fill up particular detail full & true given in the matrimonial registration form.
9.	If a person is willing to register any name or to get any other information, he should contact us on phone to avoid any harassment.
10.	Registration fee, circulation fee and settlement fee will be not refunded in any case.
11.	Particulars of the candidate will be circulated in English on site/correspondence. The party can get information regarding circulating or particulars of his/her candidate from the corporate office of the company.
12.	An applicant without e-mail and telephone connection is advised to meet in person to get any information. We have no resources to inform him.
13.	In case delay in delivery of circulation date due to negligence of postal/courier service, on line problem & failing of network. The company shall not be held responsible in any way.
14.	If any case is settled by any means, you should be informed to us. So that further correspondence should be closed.
